Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Previous Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/medical experience
- Phlebotomy experience
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Current valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
