Requirements

• High School diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.)
• Graduation from accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) strongly preferred at time of hire, required within 3 months of hire
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
