Job Description
We are seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health Clinical Services to oversee clinical operations and excellence across Omaha Public Schools and community partnerships, providing high-quality mental health care. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or a related field, 5+ years of clinical experience, and 3+ years of leadership experience.
Requirements
- Provide direct oversight of clinical services for all applicable behavioral health programs
- Strategic planning, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Effective communication, addressing concerns and managing transitions
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health services
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in behavioral health and/or EAP services
- Collaborate with all program managers in the successful delivery of services
- Foster a culture of ongoing personal and leadership development
- Develop and implement crisis management protocols and respond to crises as needed
- Review complex cases to ensure appropriate treatment plans and interventions
