Registered Nurse - Cardiac/Vascular/Thoracic PCU - Nights

Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in the Cardiac/Vascular/Thoracic PCU at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, NE. Requirements

• Provide appropriate care specific to the age of the patient.
• Perform an initial and ongoing assessment to determine the patient's ongoing nursing care needs.
• Develop/review/revise and individualize the plan of care to address the patient's nursing care needs for optimum patient care outcomes.
• Implement interventions that are consistent with the established plan of care in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Evaluate patient care to determine response to care/interventions for optimal patient outcome.
