Job Description
Registered Nurse - Care Coordinator, Methodist Hospital, Omaha, NE. Provides quality care to patients and families according to individualized needs. Develops and implements plans of care, coordinates discharge plans, and communicates with healthcare teams. Requires a BSN degree, 2 years of clinical experience, and current RN license.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college of nursing
- Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
- Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS)
