Job Description
We are looking for a RTR Process Expert/Sr. Exec to lead our accounting team and ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support for NEC country units. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, preferably in a shared service structure process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in RTR process preferably in a shared service environment managing a team of executives
- Strong attention to detail, organised and results orientated
- Good working knowledge of Finance processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to SAP Finance & relevant modules
- RTR process re-engineering and project management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
