Job Description
We are seeking a Case Manager - Foster Care to work with children and foster parents to help achieve permanency. The candidate will be responsible for placement, intake, and assessment, as well as ongoing treatment and discharge. This role requires a strong understanding of human services and the ability to navigate multiple software systems.
Requirements
- 21 years of age
- Current LSW or LPC or Bachelor's Degree in a human services-related field
- Minimum of 2 years-experience working with children with emotional or behavioral problems
- Valid Driverās License
- Limited Liability Auto Insurance Coverage of 100/300/100
- Organizational, and Written/Oral Communications skills
- Ability to navigate and execute several softwareās (i.e. Microsoft offices, Databases, Electronic Health Records, Dashboards, etc.)
