
Job description
The Knowledge Analyst will work at a strategic level to improve Knowledge Management processes and ensure the effective use of documentation and the Knowledge Base within the business. They will manage and review Knowledge Articles, develop and promote Knowledge Management activities, and work closely with IT support and development teams to transfer knowledge and improve First Time fix capabilities.
The Knowledge Analyst will manage and review Knowledge Articles, develop and promote Knowledge Management activities, work closely with IT support and development teams, and ensure the effective use of the Knowledge Base and associated knowledge management systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an ITIL role, good understanding of Service Management processes, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. They will also have experience using a Service Management Tool and excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
