Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to help architect and scale the core systems that power Nectar's AI-native social operating system, a platform that enables a new era of commerce through authentic social interactions and personalized experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production software systems
• Startup experience strongly preferred
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems, data infrastructure, or complex production systems
• Proven ability to architect systems and drive technical decisions
• Track record of technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and influencing engineering direction
