As a Structural Engineer within the Renewable Structural group, you will play a dual role as both a technical contributor and a project phase manager. This position involves leading the structural design of renewable generation and utility substation facilities, while also overseeing the internal management of project scope, schedule, and budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology from an accredited institution
- 0-2 years of relevant engineering or field experience
- FE, PE is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SAP2000, L-Pile, MathCad, and PLS-CADD is a plus
- Strong understanding of structural analysis, including steel, concrete and foundation design
- Familiar with corrosion analysis of steel piles
- Ability to develop staff through mentoring
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Project
- Must be self-motivated, well-organized, and a skilled decision maker that is comfortable in a fast-paced design environment
