Job Description
Our integrated team is seeking a family practice provider to best support and care for our diverse patient population. Family practice providers are part of an integrated team, which may include behavioral health, dental, social work, and nursing case management.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy
- Completion of Residency (for MD/DO)
- Licensed as a Physician with Washington State Department of Health
- Board Certified
- Current BLS Certification
- DEA License issued in the State of Washington
