Job Description
The Bellman/Security Guard is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, ensuring their comfort and security, and maintaining the hotel premises. This includes luggage handling, housekeeping duties, maintaining a secure environment, and responding to emergencies. The role requires a proactive approach and being available for any situations.
Requirements
- Be present at reception and lobby to assist guests and visitors
- Inspect guest rooms for order and supplies
- Assist with luggage delivery, collection, and storage
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Perform basic maintenance on guest rooms and common areas
- Monitor King Street Valet Lane and Harborview drive for parking violations
- Monitor guest/staff parking lot for unauthorized vehicles
- Serve as a backup security presence
