Centralized Scheduler

The Centralized Scheduler will greet patients, schedule appointments, and maintain patient confidentiality in a professional and courteous manner. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, detail-oriented skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Assist with pre-calls and call reports
• Confirm patient's appointments
• Schedule appointments for patients using the electronic health system
• Cancel and reschedule appointments for patients using the electronic health system
• Direct non-scheduling calls to appropriate department or extension
• Respond appropriately to patient inquiries
• Follow up with patient calls where necessary
