Job Description
Neighborhood Health Association seeks a Director of Clinical Support Services to lead clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote quality care. The ideal candidate has strong healthcare leadership experience and knowledge of regulatory and quality standards.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Ohio RN License
- 4+ years of healthcare leadership or clinical supervision experience
- Experience in a primary care clinical setting
- Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards including PCMH, TJC, NCQA, UDS, HEDIS, CPC, and infection control
