Patient Service Representative

As a patient service representative, you'll be the first person patients see when they arrive at Neighborhood, and you'll help set the tone for a positive patient visit. You'll collaborate with other team members to help ensure a smooth flow for the day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to read, write and speak the English language. A second language of Spanish is preferred
• Able to learn new software and computer systems
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Kindness: you treat each person with respect and compassion, valuing each person's story
