Patient Services Representative

At Neighborhood Healthcare, we are seeking a Patient Services Representative to support clinics with front office tasks, including directing incoming calls and assisting patients with scheduling and re-scheduling healthcare appointments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in customer service, and proficiency in electronic medical records.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• One year customer service experience
• Experience working with electronic medical records and multi-phone lines (preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (highly preferred)
