Job Description
Sr. Local Performance Marketing Specialist responsible for integrated marketing plan tracking, coaching, and recommendations to franchise owners, as well as monitoring key marketing performance metrics and presenting pre-opening and grand-opening marketing plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years marketing experience in franchise service or retail industry
- 5+ years' experience with digital marketing, highly analytical and data-driven
- Strong track record of delivering results in high growth environment
- Excellent diplomatic skills and relationship building qualities
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Four-year college degree in Marketing or related field
