Job Description
NeighborWorks America is seeking a VP, New Business Development to identify, cultivate, and secure net-new philanthropic revenue for the organization. The role involves building a strategy, systems, and internal alignment to sustain long-term growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 15 years of fundraising, business development, or revenue growth experience
- Experience developing and executing new revenue strategies, including unrestricted and multi-year funding
- Supervisory and team leadership experience
- CRM systems and pipeline management tools proficiency
