Financial Analyst

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Financial Analyst with an Inventory focus for our Corporate Accounting team. The position is fully remote and open to candidates in Winnipeg or Toronto. The Financial Analyst will ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of information processed in our accounting system and have the skills to lead and encourage individuals within the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce degree with finance and/or accounting specialization
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on inventory or cost accounting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills both oral and written
• Adaptable to changing processes, competing deadlines, and fast-paced environments
• Highly organized and manages their own and others' tasks with ease
• Mindset of continuous improvement
• Experience with inventory reconciliation and reporting
• Experience with sales margin and analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel skills, including Pivot tables, lookups, sumifs, etc.
