Job Description
The Franchise Business Consultant is responsible for leading new store openings and assisting in operations, including company roll outs and quarterly Operations Audits. They serve as a bridge between Nekter Juice Bar and its franchise community, providing leadership, influence, and expertise to create partnerships with franchisees.
Requirements
- Leads training for New Store Openings
- Performs site-checks for the Real Estate team
- Partners with franchisees to develop business plans
- Collects and maintains knowledge of key business metrics
- Ensures franchisee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Assists in creating new tools and materials
