Job Description
Nelnet Business Services is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Strategy to help define how AI capability gets built, spread, and sustained across the organization. The role will drive strategic clarity across the AI portfolio, lead program management for AI enablement and education programs, and develop tooling and governance adoption strategies.
Requirements
- Drive strategic clarity across the AI portfolio
- Serve as a credible voice for the AI strategy
- Identify and solution capacity constraints, blockers, and prioritization conflicts
- Lead program management for AI enablement and education programs
- Engage and partner with senior leadership, key stakeholders, and curriculum designers
- Track and analyze program outcomes, engagement, and post-program skill development
- Develop tooling and governance adoption strategies
- Develop and maintain enablement resources
- Collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare briefings, decision memos, and executive updates
