Programador e Operador de Centro de Usinagem

Responsible for programming CAM, preparing, operating, and adjusting CNC machining centers, ensuring the manufacture of parts and tool components with quality, precision, and within established deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience as a CAM Programmer and CNC Machining Center Operator
• Knowledge of CAM NX software
• Reading and interpreting mechanical technical drawings
• Knowledge of cutting tools, materials, and machining processes
• Experience with setting up and adjusting CNC machines
• Basic knowledge of metrology (micrometer, caliper, comparator)
• Experience in tooling (molds, devices)
• Experience with conventional machines (lathe, milling machine, grinding machine)
• Knowledge of ISO / G-code programming
• Experience with high-precision machining
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization
