Job Description
We're looking for a Commercial Transaction Attorney to join our Legal & Compliance team, supporting Bluebeam's growing SaaS business. This role will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Product, InfoSec, and other cross-functional teams to structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial transactions while balancing risk and enabling scale.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
- 5+ years of experience as a commercial or technology transactions attorney, with significant SaaS or software licensing experience (law firm and/or in-house).
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements and DPAs, including working directly with customer and vendor counsel.
