Head of Business Development, Public Sector (m/f/d)

The Nemetschek Group is seeking a Head of Business Development, Public Sector EMEA who will focus on growing awareness of the company and its brands across the public sector. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in government relations or business development in the public sector, with a strong understanding of legislative and regulatory processes and software procurement cycles.

Requirements

• 10+ years in government relations or business development in public sector, with at least 5 years in consultative selling
• Deep understanding of the government's investment plans and stakeholders
• Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with government officials and educational leaders
• Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory processes and software procurement cycles
• Understanding of AEC or AEC software
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, negotiation, stakeholder management skills; strong understanding of political and regulatory frameworks in key EMEA markets
• Fluency in English and German (native, preferred)
