Requirements
- Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a team lead or similar position in the IT field, ideally in service desk or IT support.
- Strong technical background and understanding of IT systems and technologies.
- Ability to analyze and recommend solutions to improve IT services.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ITIL based service support processes.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Very good written and spoken level of English, and native level of German.
