Job Description
As an Engagement Manager at Neo4j, you will foster positive relationships with customers, lead Professional Services engagements, and ensure successful project delivery. You will also identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, prepare reports on project performance, and drive continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Engagement Manager
- Background in professional services and/or customer service is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude
