Job Description
Sales Operations Manager (APAC) responsible for contributing to Neo4j's accelerated growth, ensuring strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Revenue Intelligence departments, and developing key metrics and strategic initiatives to align with company goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Strong cross-functional experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Systems teams
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
- Skilled at providing sales leaders with actionable insights, performance trends, and pipeline visibility
- Proven success in designing and implementing scalable processes that increase seller productivity and unlock growth opportunities
- Expert in GTM workflows related to core sales technology systems
