Software Engineer - Sharding

Join the Neo4j Sharding Engineering Team as a software engineer to design and implement new capabilities for the Neo4j database, working on distributed query execution and database sharding. As part of an energetic and fun team, you will be working at the frontier of designing and implementing new capabilities for the Neo4j database, with a focus on achieving quality and correctness while also being pragmatic and fast-paced. You will also have the opportunity to learn, think, and experiment, specialising in topics that interest you and helping to grow yourself, the team and the product.

Requirements

• Experience developing production level software
• Knowledge of Java, Scala or similar languages
• Ability to work independently within a flexible software development organisation
• Ability to communicate about, and collaborate on, complex topics
