Job Description
We are seeking an Assay Development Specialist for our Histology department in Aliso Viejo, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and interpersonal skills, with a high understanding of laboratory techniques and clinical lab practices. The role requires initiative, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to saving lives by improving patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology (Histotechnology Program) from an accredited institution
- 2 years of experience in Histology/Anatomic Pathology required, 4 total years of experience preferred
- HT or HTL (ASCP) required
