Requirements
- Perform clinical laboratory tests proficiently and exercise independent judgment.
- Follow laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing.
- Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain records of proficiency testing and QC results.
- Prepare stock solutions, reagents, and cocktails.
- Complete and document corrective actions.
