We are looking for a Lead Laboratory Technologist to join our team at NeoGenomics. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in medical technology or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in high complexity molecular testing. The role involves performing complex laboratory procedures, supervising technical personnel, and implementing project improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in high complexity molecular testing
• ASCP MB License required
• Advanced understanding of general laboratory techniques with emphasis on department specific techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and maintain production and quality standards
• Ability to work in a biohazard environment and comply with safety policies and standards outlined in the Safety Manual
