Principal Software Engineer

Neon is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to act as a main technical reference, connecting business strategy with technical decisions and raising the level of engineering. The role will involve defining system architectures, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring senior engineers.

• Ability to lead ambiguous and high-impact technical initiatives
