Requirements
- Consolidated experience as a software engineer, with a history in.NET (C#), Golang, Python, or similar languages.
- Practical experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience in leading and developing software engineering teams.
- Acting in environments with microservices and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and observability.
- Ability to manage technical projects and collaborate with stakeholders from various areas.
- Participation in strategic initiatives related to the business (e.g., operational efficiency, innovation, security).
- Experience in high-complexity and high-transaction-volume environments.
