Job Description
NEON is an internationally operating law firm in Berlin seeking a Student Employee to join their front desk team. The role involves welcoming clients, managing conference rooms, handling phone calls, processing mail, and ensuring the office is well-organized. It offers a dynamic and friendly work environment with opportunities to gain experience in a reputable law firm.
Requirements
- Currently studying (a connection to law is an advantage but not a necessity)
- Willing to work 12 to 20 hours per week (at least two shifts)
- Organized, enjoys multitasking, and remains calm under pressure
- Sociable, friendly, and communicative with a service-oriented mindset
- Native-level German language skills and communicative English skills
- Enjoys being a host and values a well-groomed appearance
- Proficient in common MS Office programs
- Possesses drive, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility
- Enjoys working in a team and a lively law firm culture
