Delivery Manager

EPAM NEORIS is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective communication, and adherence to agile principles and project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telematics, or related fields.
• 6+ years of experience as Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar roles.
• Experience in development, support, or application service delivery.
• Knowledge of project management and change control (PMI, IPA, ACCEI, or similar).
• Ability to mentor and coach technical teams.
• Proficiency in project management and support tools.
• Strong experience in resource management and cross-team communication.
• QA experience: stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, scalability testing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and support teams.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of business needs.
• Excellent documentation and project planning capabilities.
• Advanced English level – C1.
