Job Description
NEORIS is a Digital Accelerator that helps companies enter the future. We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to contribute to product and service objectives based on user needs.
Requirements
- Experience in Figma
- Experience in Mural, Miro, Figjam, Whiteboard, and similar tools
- Experience in Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Forms
- Experience in Optimal Workshop, Maze, Hotjar, and similar tools
- Experience in Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
- Experience in user research, such as in-depth interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiry
- Experience in planning and conducting usability testing to evaluate and improve product design
- Experience in creating user profiles, group interviews, shadowing, Service Safari, Focus Group, Diary/Camera Study, Role Playing, etc.
- Understanding of Design System, Interaction Documents, Branding, etc.
- Experience in creating low, medium, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, responsive design principles
