UX Researcher

NEORIS is a Digital Accelerator that helps companies enter the future. We are looking for a Semi Senior UX Researcher who is passionate about transforming observations into actionable knowledge.

Requirements

• Plan, execute, and analyze mixed-methods research studies (qualitative and quantitative) in exploratory and evaluative phases.
• Conduct usability testing in the field with real users in various points in Lima, capturing behaviors, hidden motivations, and non-evident barriers.
• Apply techniques such as User Testing, concept testing, heuristic analysis, and in-depth interviews.
• Simplify findings in clear deliverables (reports, journey maps, affinity diagrams) for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to translate insights into concrete design requirements.
• Manage research knowledge as a strategic asset, ensuring its accessibility and reusability throughout the organization.
