Requirements
- Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative information
- Experience in conducting Usability Tests
- Experience in conducting workshops or work sessions with Business and Users
- Experience in strategic and methodological approach
- Mastery of tools such as blueprint, customer journey, experience prototypes
