Job Description
The mission of this Senior Business Analyst / Consulting role is to independently manage functional requirements analysis in risk management, risk controlling, collateral, reporting, and cross-cutting topics. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in IT projects in the banking environment, strong technical affinity, and independent communication skills.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT projects in the banking environment
- Solid requirements engineering from workshop to user story
- Strong technical affinity: understanding of data flows, ETL logic, data warehousing
- Hands-on data analysis experience: basic SQL knowledge, proficient in Excel
- Independent communication with subject matter experts and IT on the client side
- Experience with formal procedures in bank projects (interface specifications, test concepts, acceptance protocols)
- Ability to create structure in unclear requirement situations
- Proficient in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Fluent in German and English
