Graphic Designer

Neostella is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its team and elevate the visual storytelling of its brand. The successful candidate will lead creative ideation and execution for marketing and promotional materials, own and enforce brand standards, and provide creative direction and mentorship to other designers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a senior-level designer
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
• Ability to take ownership and operate independently
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
