Job Description
Neostella is a company that creates connected legal technology to help firms move faster, collaborate more effectively, and deliver stronger outcomes for their clients. We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our team to lead customer implementations end-to-end and support our partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, customer success, or related roles (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience leading customer-facing projects from kickoff through delivery
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for customers
- Experience working with or supporting implementation partners is a plus
