Senior Media Designer

Neostella is seeking a Senior Media Designer to lead the creative direction and execution of all video and motion content across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling instincts, technical expertise in video and motion design, and experience working with U.S.-based teams. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a senior-level designer focused on video, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand, marketing, and storytelling work
• Experience providing creative direction and mentoring or managing designers
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro; working knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, and other tools
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment
