Job Description
We are looking for a Senior/Staff Systems Engineer to lead system design discussions, frame analysis and experimental approaches, prototype solutions, and integrate software and hardware to bring a surgical robot to life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a strong background in robotics, mechanical engineering, or computer science.
Requirements
- B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar
- 4-12 years of hands-on experience in robotics or other complex electromechanical systems
- Experience with Python or Matlab for scripting and data analysis, or other programming language
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills including presentation of technical content
