Government Affairs Associate

Neros is a defense technology company hiring a Government Affairs Associate to assist the Government team in navigating the complex budgetary, regulatory, and policy landscape.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in monitoring federal strategy, or related fields
• Experience working in high-intensity environments
• Exceptional communication skills with military and civilian stakeholders
• Knowledge of the U.S. defense ecosystem, including DoD procurement, Congressional appropriations, and national security policy
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into compelling policy narratives
• Understanding of Political Action Committees
