Job Description
Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We are looking for a Head of Electrical Engineering to drive the development, design, and manufacturing of our PCBs used for our drones.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience in a fast paced startup or manufacturing environment
- Experience with full stack electrical product development
- Strong knowledge of Altium Designer
- Embedded programming skills, specifically on STM platforms
- Strong lab skills (Oscilloscopes, VNAs, etc)
- Automated testing experience
- SMT soldering / PCB mods
- Ability to obtain US top secret security clearance
