Inventory Controls Specialist

Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. The Inventory Controls Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting shipping, and receiving operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics
• Proficiency with ERP or warehouse management systems
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Ability to conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
