IT Support Analyst II

The IT Analyst II will play a key role on the team that keeps our defense technology company running, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting identity and access management, and administering our Microsoft 365 environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in IT support in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Hands-on experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
• Experience with identity and access management tools
• Experience with endpoint management platforms
• Proficiency in IT asset management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
