Marketing Designer

We are seeking a Marketing Designer to join our Marketing organization at Neros, a defense technology company. As a Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for designing visual elements across our marketing ecosystem, including our website, social media, email, and event materials. You will work closely with our web engineering team and have expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, tech, or hardware industries is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in marketing design
• Experience in partnering with web engineering for development hand offs
• Expert level skill in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Webflow, and Powerpoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of design requests
• Demonstrated ability to work from a brand platform and balance brand sensibilities
