Job Description
Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base, focused on high-performance unmanned systems. The Principal Electrical Engineer will be a key technical leader, setting the long-term architectural vision, leading the technical direction of projects, and ensuring design feasibility through collaboration with senior engineers. The role requires a blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to create innovative and robust systems.
Requirements
- Master of Science or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of distinguished experience in electrical hardware design and architecture
- Proven experience in defining system architecture from the ground up
- Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Test (DFT), and EMC/EMI
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities
- Strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills
