Strategic Finance Senior Manager

Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems. The Strategic Finance Senior Manager will build and lead corporate finance and strategic analytics at Neros.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, venture-backed startups, or similar high-performance environments
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and corporate finance skills, and a proven ability to recruit and lead similar individuals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A strong sense of mission and a desire to have impact at scale
• Ability to rapidly iterate, adapt, and ingest new information
